We aim to deliver most orders within 1–3 working days, with same-day or next-day delivery available in some areas, subject to stock levels and scheduling.
Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date where required.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, adverse weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Our delivery vehicles require suitable access to safely unload your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is adequate access for the vehicle and a safe location for delivery.
If there are any access restrictions, narrow roads, low bridges, steep driveways, or other obstacles, please let us know when placing your order.
Our drivers will always do their best to place your order in a safe and convenient location. However, deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible point that can be reached by the delivery vehicle.
For health and safety reasons, drivers cannot carry products through properties, garages, sheds, or rear gardens.
If nobody is available to receive the delivery, we may leave the order in a safe place where appropriate. If this is not possible, a redelivery charge may apply.
